2. Hosting
This website is operated on a dedicated server of Hetzner Online GmbH, Industriestr. 25, 91710 Gunzenhausen, Germany, and served via our own web server (Nginx). When the website is accessed, the server processes technically necessary connection data (see server log files). The legal basis is our legitimate interest in secure and efficient provision (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). A data processing agreement (Art. 28 GDPR) exists or will be concluded with the hosting provider.
3. General information
We treat your personal data confidentially and in accordance with statutory data protection regulations. Processing is based on Art. 6 GDPR – depending on the case on your consent (a), for the initiation/performance of a contract (b), to fulfil legal obligations (c) or on legitimate interests (f).
SSL/TLS encryption: This site uses TLS encryption for security. You can recognise an encrypted connection by "https://" in your browser's address bar.
Withdrawal and objection: You can withdraw consent at any time with effect for the future. You also have the right to object to processing based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR for reasons arising from your particular situation (Art. 21 GDPR).
4. Data collection on this website
Server log files
The web server automatically collects and stores information in server log files that your browser transmits: browser type and version, operating system, referrer URL, host name of the accessing computer, time of the request and the IP address. This data is not merged with other sources and serves technical security and error analysis (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). It is deleted or anonymised after a short time.
Cookies and tracking
This website does not set cookies for analytics, tracking or marketing and does not embed any external analytics or advertising services. A cookie banner is therefore not required.
Contact by email or phone
If you contact us by email or phone, your details are stored to process the request and for possible follow-up questions (Art. 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR).
Contact and application forms (Web3Forms)
We use the service Web3Forms to send the forms. The data entered into the form (e.g. company, name, contact, job profile or application details and any uploaded documents) is delivered to us by email via Web3Forms' encrypted interface. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR. A data processing agreement is to be concluded with the provider. Application documents are used solely for the agreed purpose and deleted after the purpose has been fulfilled or retention periods have expired (in the recruitment context usually up to 6 months after completion of the procedure, § 26 BDSG).
Important: Please do not submit copies of passports or ID documents via the form. File uploads are limited and transmitted encrypted.
Contact via WhatsApp
The website may contain a link to WhatsApp. If you use it, WhatsApp's privacy terms apply (WhatsApp Ireland Ltd. / Meta). Data may be transferred to third countries. Only use this channel if you agree; alternatively you can reach us by phone, email or form.
Fonts
This website uses only system fonts available locally on your device. No external web fonts (e.g. Google Fonts) are loaded, so there is no connection to third-party servers to load fonts.
